QA/QC Introduction

Our product range mainly consists of plastic and polyester items, as well as iron-on transfers. Each product has its own manufacturing workshop.
The plastic workshop has more than 100 plastic tooling machines, many of which are computerized. We have upgraded our polyester products manufacturing capability by introducing advanced Italian jacquard knitting machines and a laser beam production line. Furthermore, off-set machines for producing iron-on transfers have been imported from Germany.
We produce a variety of high quality products and many different colors are available. All production lines are highly supervised and subject to strict quality control measures.
